Good small and nicely designed place and handy location near to the Riverwalk, the rooftop bar, brunch at Ms Ricky's and the awesome Common Club area, surrounded by great restaurants and Millenium Park. Well-equipped and a nice size units in the adjacent bedrooms.

Comfy beds, tea/coffee making equipment, a seating area and a work desk in the room. Central location was a plus. There was plenty of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars.

I stayed at the Virgin Hotels Chicago for two nights, where helpful staff ensured a comfortable experience. The room layout impressed me with its clever design, and the convenient location were great.

The hotel is ideally located. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, especially Chad, Danny, Travis, Antoine, and Kristina who contributed to a comfortable experience. The room was clean and nicely decorated, although the bathrobe was a particular highlight for its snug comfort.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the hotel's proximity to attractions like Millennium Park and the Chicago Theatre. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, which added a nice touch to our experience. One highlight was the bathrobe, cozy! We did find some inconsistency in service during breakfast, which could be improved.

Super convenient location near Millennium Park and Cloud Gate. Rooms are clean and comfy, with air conditioning, minibar, and flat-screen TV. Loved the fitness center! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Plus, it's only a short walk to the train station. Really fun vibe too.

Noise from nearby trains was noticeable throughout the night. The lobby could use more light, and while the hotel has charm, it isn't the bright space some may expect.
